Return & Refund Policy

At Saltwater Blonde Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because my products are handmade, I kindly ask that you review the return policy before placing your order.

Returns
I accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please email saltwaterblondecandleco@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. I will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Burned or used candles
    •    Opened or used wax melts
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Custom or event orders

Heat & Melting Disclaimer
Because candles are made of wax, they may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures during shipping. While this is rare, it can occasionally happen during warmer months. Melted candles can usually be restored by allowing them to cool and re-solidify at room temperature. Slight frosting, texture changes, or surface imperfections caused by temperature changes do not affect the performance of the candle and are not considered defects.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
